Fengyuan Tire covers an area of 628 mu. Aiming to manufacture 20 million of semi-steel radial tires per year, the company has high-end positioning in market, technology, equipment and product quality and is equipped with world-class semi-steel tire production lines, including Dutch VMI moulding machine, Italian steel calender, German TROESTER four composite production line, Korean Donghe vulcanizing machine, etc., the key equipment level of which ranks top among the industry.

By application of the world’s first nanometer materials for tire use and advanced technologies, such as single-step mixing under low temperature and nitrogen vulcanization under high temperature, the strength, flexibility, heat conductivity, antistatic property and durability of tire have been improved and enhanced. The properties of products have met the high requirements of the second stage of European Labeling Act.

Fengyuan Tire has introduced world advanced design technique, possessed technology R & D center and professional technical team and built a 3,000㎡ laboratory. By use of German SDS laser interferometer, Japanese dynamic-balance uniformity testing machine, American Alpha Mooney, rheometer and other international advanced R & D and experiment as well as the finite element analysis for independent noise analysis, the company has innovated and developed high-end green and safe tires with low rolling resistance, low noise and wet-skid resistance, forming 8 series, including HP, UHP, SUV, snow tire, run-flat tire, etc. and releasing three brands of Farroad, Yida, Furuichi and products of over 400 specifications.
