On December 19, NorthWest Rubber Co. of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group held its inaugural meeting. Shen Hao, president of Yanchang Petroleum Group, and Jiang Feng, mayor of Yanchang City, unveiled the plaque together for the new company.
