Chinese tire output to be 0.49 billion units in 2013

On March 26, Deng Yali, president of China Rubber Industry Association, gave a report titled "Economic Operation of Rubber Industry in 2012 and Forecast in 2013". She predicted that the total output value of Chinese rubber industry would be more than RMB 950 billion yuan in 2013, increasing by 10-15 percent, and Chinese total output of tires would be up to 0.49 billion units, increasing by 4 percent, among which radial tires would be 0.435 billion units, increasing by 5 percent.
