On April 12, the ground-breaking ceremony of Cooper Tire (Kunshan)’s Asia-Pacific Technology Research Center was held.
With an investment of USD 10 million, the center covers 10,000 m2, among which Phase I covers 5,096 m2. It is expected to be completed within 2013.
