First self-discipline standard in China's green tire industry issued

On February 24, "Technical Specification of Green Tire", which attracted much attention of tire industry of China and all over the world, was issued by China Rubber Industry Association (CRIA), and was put into trial implementation on March 1. The standard number of the Specification is XXZB/LT-102-2014. First proposed by CRIA, it is the first self-discipline standard in China's green tire industry.

The Specification has a guiding role in the development of China's green tire industry. However, it is still a self-discipline standard, not a binding one. So CRIA expect it to be promoted to an industrial or national standard by the government.
