On October 27, China Rubber Industry As- sociation officially released Guidance Outline of “13th Five-Year” Development Program of Rubber Industry. The Outline comprehensively summarized the achievements and experience of rubber industry during “12th Five-Year” and closely centering on the general objective of Made in China, 2025 and Re- search on Development Strategy of China Rubber Industry Power, with current international advanced level as reference, led by innovation driving, intel- ligent manufacturing, green development and brand creation, put forward strategic and innovative new thoughts, new tasks and new measures as well as a batch of products, technologies and processes with significant leading role for structural adjustment and transformation and upgradingof the industry, predicted the development, supporting condition and market prospect of China rubber industry dur- ing “13th Five-year” to strive to realize the target for primary stage of rubber industry power at the end of “13th Five-Year”.
