Sailun (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sailun Jinyu Group Co., Ltd., planned to build a all-steel radial tire and off-road tire projects with no more than USD 200 Million so as to further boost the market shares of all-steel radial tire and off-road tire and improve the global competitiveness of its products.
The project is known to be constructed in the existing plant of Sailun (Vietnam) (Go Dau County, Tinh Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam) in 3 years. The project program and scale are 1.2 million units of all-steel radial tires and 30 thousand units of off-road tires. Through preliminary estimation, the
project can achieve the operation revenue of about USD 250 Million and profit of about USD 23 Million after reaching designed capacity. As this company targets sales in international market, its products are sold not only in Vietnam, but also to overseas markets, which are mainly countries and regions with protective trade policy for Chinese tire protects, such as South America, North America, Europe, etc.
This project can not only take advantage of the abundant natural rubber resource in Vietnam for production and operation, but also can make use of the location advantage of Vietnam to effectively spread the risk of trade protection from abroad that the company confronted with and improve the comprehensive competitiveness, analyzed and said Sailun Jinyu.
