Kewo Company Building Rubber Chemicals Project

In order to seize market opportunities, Korean Hwa-Seung Group decided to set up Kewo Fine Chemical (Anhui) Co., Ltd.in Ma’anshan for building a rubber chemicals project with the annual output of 4,500 tons by the investment of USD 7.8 Million, the products of which will be mainly used for auto parts production.

Kewo Fine Chemical (Anhui) Co., Ltd., located in the chemical industrial park of Cihu High-tech Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of 40 mu, is specialized in the production of rubber chemicals including all kinds of coating agents, antisticking agents, release agents, etc., pertaining to manufacturing of filler and the like used for sealing. The annual product program and capacity are specified as: 510 tons of polyurethane A-type coating agents, 430 tons of polyurethane B-type coating agents, 760 tons of silicone grease C-type coating agents, 800 tons of silicone grease D-type coating agents, 1,000 tons of antisticking agents and 1,000 tons of release agents. The environmental protection equipment for exhaust gas in this project, with the investment of about 1.5 Million Yuan, accounting for 3.01% of the total, mainly includes 5 sets of bag-type dust collectors, a set of photocatalytic oxidation device, a set of activated carbon two-stage adsorption device and a 15-meter-high exhaust funnel. The project, with personnel quota of 37 persons and annual profits of about 2.8976 Million Yuan, is estimated to be completed and put into operation in October 2016.
