Qingdao Shihe Mould Co., Ltd., jointly invested by Saehan Moule (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Saehan Moule (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., has partially completed the annual 720-set tire mould project and is about to put it into operation.
The project, with the total investment of 63.108 Million Yuan, including 1.9 Million Yuan for environmental protection, is located in Laixi Economic-Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 15,991 ㎡and a building area of 8,146.26㎡. It can manufacture 720 sets of auto tire mould per year through the processes of resin mold carving & processing, rubber mould reproducing, plaster mold reproducing, casting, aluminum pattern flushing, aluminum pattern cutting, aluminum pattern machine processing, abrasive blasting via aluminum pattern, cast-steel finish turning, lateral plate slot milling, lateral plate fitting, lateral plate grinding via milling machine, wording processing on lateral plate and abrasive blasting process for the lateral plate. Its main target customers in China include Korean Nexen Tire nearby and some tire companies in Shandong Province.
