Taizhou Chuangguan Rubber & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. decided to invest 35.10 Million Yuan to build a 20,000 tons/year reclaimed rubber project for realizing the recycling utilization of waste rubber resources.
Located in Donggang Industrial Park, Pubagang, Sanmen County, this project adopts waste EPDM rubber (from waste sealing strips) and waste butyl rubber (from waste butyl tire inner tubes and waste butyl rubber bladders) as raw materials to produce reclaimed rubber for manufacturing rubber products through the processes of broken pretreatment, desulfura- tion and extrusion, refining, rubber filtering and rubber sheet extruding, etc. Its main equipment includes 3 single-screw desulfurization extruders and 2 double-screw desulfurization extruders. With the technique of continuous desulphurization by double-screw extruder, this project has the advantages of environmental protection and high efficiency for it can not only effectively solve the problem of exhaust emission, but also achieve continuous and efficient production, high mechanization and good reclaiming effect. After completion, the project will achieve good economic benefits with annual average sales revenue reaching up to 90 Million Yuan.
