Fengli Rubber Achieved German TÜV Rheinland Testing Certification

On February 26, Guangzhou Fengli Rubber Tire Co., Ltd. was granted German TÜV Rheinland certification for its Wanli Tire.

Two categories of main products of Wanli Tire, comfortable series H220 and ice & snow series SW211, as well as their production lines formally passed the testing and approval of TÜV Rheinland, making Wangli Tire the first tire company in China who achieved GermanTÜV Rheinland testing certification.

The test for the comfortable series H220 and ice & snow series SW211 this time included items of dry ground, wet ground, noise, rolling resistance, snowfield, etc. In addition to successfully passing all these basic-level test items required by TÜV Rheinland, Wanli Tire also took other non-basic-level independent tests with higher technical standard and achieved excellent results, which highlighted Wanli’s excellent product quality and international leading technical strength.

In terms of basic-level test, these two categories of products of Wanli Tire showed outstanding results in aspects of rolling resistance, noise and wet braking, ranking top among the same category of products at home and abroad. For rolling resistance, the test data indicated that these products of Wanli Tire all reached the ECE R117.02 standard (German TÜV Rheinland Testing Standard) and exceeded many other domestic tires of the same type.The ice & snow series SW211 even reached the level of international first-class brand. As for the tire noise index influencing the vehicle driving experience, these two categories of products also passed the rigorous test easily and showed to be conducive to create quiet and comfortable in-vehicle environment. Moreover, for the wet road aspect, the products also reached international advanced level, especially the comfortable series H220, the wet performance of which was highly appraised by senior engineers of German TÜV Rheinland. 

In terms of non-basic-level independent test, these two categories of products of Wanli Tire all conducted the comparison test with the corresponding key products from world top brands. The test data showed that the dry and wet performance of comfortable series H220 were better than other similar products of the industry. As the representative of Wanli Tire’s ice & snow series, SW211 showed outstanding performance in ice road test, while its dry braking was also superior to some well-known products in the world.

In additions, on that day, Guangzhou Fengli Tire Rubber Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lucheng Investment Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement for cooperation re- volving around “All-new Brand, All-line Products and Whole Network Development”.
