Decline in Tire Export of Dongying City in First Trimester Narrowing

Lately, Dongying Municipal Bureau of Commerce published the import and export situation of rubber tires in the first quarter of 2016.

In the first quarter, the export value of rubber tires of this city was USD 491 Million, accounting for 48.3% of the total foreign trade export value of Dongying City. The export value had a year-on-year decrease of 8.7%, which obviously narrowed compared with the decrease of up to 23% in first two months. Among it, the export value of Shandong Wanda BOTO Tyre Co., Ltd. and Shandong Xingyuan International Trading Co., Ltd. ranked top two, respectively realizing USD 54 Million and USD 53 Million.

As for import of raw materials, in the first quarter, the import value of natural rubber of this city reached USD 42 Million, with a decrease of 40.4%; and the import value of SR reached USD 39 Million, with an increase of 364.2%, which accounted for about 3.7% of the total import value of this city in total.
