Lately, the environmental protection department of Jining City made a decision on environmental protection acceptance upon completion on the project of Tongli Tire Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 1.20 million units of high-performance all-steel cord truck radial tires.
Located in Huaqin Industrial Park, Tongli Tire Project obtained environmental protection approval and started construction in March 2014, with a planned annual output of 2 million units of high-performance all-steel tires. This completion acceptance involved the Phase I Project, which was put into trial operation in September 2015. The actually completed total investment was 1.25 Billion Yuan, in which the investment in environmental protection was 10.50 Million Yuan. Auxiliary facilities such as 5 internal mixers, 1 double compound, 1 triplex, 6 molding machines, 52 vulcanizing machines, utilities, etc. have been installed to form a production capacity of producing 1.20 million units of high-performance all-steel tires each year.
