Shandong Yanggu Huatai Chemical Co., Ltd. developed a kind of flow promotor improving SBR processing performance. The raw material components and their weight percentage composition of this flow promotor were as follows: plant bitumen 65%~95%; and viscosity-increasing additive 5%~35%. It could improve SBR processing performance. New flow promotor could reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber material, improve the processing performance of the rubber material, reduce the processing energy consumption and be favorable to reduction of production cost; in addition, this flow promotor also possessed surface activity function, interacted with the surface of the fillers, enhanced the compatibility between the filler surface and the rubber interface and improved the dispersion effect of the fillers in the rubber.
