Hailide Will Implement Cord Fabrics Technological Transformation Project

To satisfy the development demand of high-modulus-low- shrinkage PET industrial yarn and PET tire cord fabrics market, Zhejiang Hailide New Material Co., Ltd. planned to invest 657 Million Yuan to implement technological transformation project with an annual output of 40,000 tons of vehicle industrial yarn and 30,000 tons of high-performance tire cord fabrics.

The project utilized the existing factory area, existing spinning workshops, weaving workshops and a part of utility facilities such as existing drainage system, power distribution system, etc., newly built two impregnation workshops, introduced advanced imported equipment such as 12 sets of high-modulus-low-shrinkage PET industrial yarn spinning machine and winding machine, 28 air jet looms, 2 cord fabrics impregnation production lines, etc. and supported with domestic solid-phase polymerization device, supporting spinning equipment, impregnation line supporting equipment and partial utility equipment. The construction period of the project was 3 years and it was predicted that it could realize a sales revenue of 660.162 Million Yuan and a total profit of 119.962 Million Yuan in a normal year after being put into production. The construction of the project helped the company enhance the overall competitiveness and profitability of its products and further expand its market.

It is learned that the clients of the cord fabrics products of this company include not only the manufacturers of tires of international premium brands, but also 34 international and domestic brands. In addition, 11 famous tire enterprises have entered the stage of batch use and the certification of 29 clients and Taiwan and Indian tire enterprises for cord fabrics is also un derway.
