Sanyo-Touchi (Shanghai) Rubber Co., Ltd. planned to lease 4,356 m² workshops for manufacturing a 2,000 tons/year rubber compound project with the investment of 20 Million Yuan so as to meet the customer needs.
The production technique for this project of Sanyo-Touchi includes internal mixing, open mixing, rubber sheet extruding, cooling and other processes, excluding vulcanization process. Based on different categories of raw rubber, Sanyo-Touchi’s products can be divided into 8 categories and 23 subcategories; while based on different colors, its products can be divided into black rubber and colored rubber. There are total two black rubber production lines and one colored rubber production line to be built in this project. Upon completion, it is predicted to achieve better economic benefits with annual value of production up to more than 50 Million Yuan.
Sanyo-Touchi is a foreign-funded company established jointly by Japan Sanyo Trading Co., Ltd. and Touchi International Crop. in 2004, specializing in production of rubber compound.
