Shandong Rongnai Material Design Co., Ltd. developed a new method for white carbon black modification by making the surface of white carbon black particles wrapped with carbon nanotube under the action of nickel catalyst, leaving modified white carbon black with carbon nanotube layer, which not only improves the dispersing performance of white carbon black in the application of rubber, but also increases the vulcanization efficiency and reinforcement property of rubber, effectively reducing the tire rolling resistance and improving vehicle energy utilization.
