Zhongding Holding decided to move its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Zhongding Rubber Hose Product Co., Ltd., from Nanshan Park to Heli Park, Ningguo Economic Development Zone, so as to build the removal and extension project phase I for R & D and production base of rubber products for high-end equipment use.
Zhongding Rubber Hose Product Company originally covered an area of 12,034.4 m² and could produce 11 million meters of high-performance rubber hose per year. The removal and extension project is planned to cover an area of 400 mu, including 212.5 mu for phase I, and invest total 342.986 Million Yuan to construct 3 workshops and 1 mess hall as well as relevant public & auxiliary facilities, such as sewage plant, transformer substation and boiler room with a total building area of 78,073.0 m² . After the project is up and running, it will form the production scale of 300 million high-performance rubber seals and 30 million meters of high-performance rubber hose.
The newly-built project has about 800 fixed employees and will purchase all rubber compound, such as EPDM rubber and butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber from Zhongding Holding, including 3,000 tons for the annual consumption of seal products and 10,400 tons for rubber hose compound.
