On November 11, Puyang Willing Chemicals Co., Ltd. raised funds of 5.72 Million Yuan through formal public offering of 440,000 shares on National Equities Exchange and Quotations for the construction of cleaner production project of rubber chemicals with the annual output of 20,000 tons.
It is said that the fundraising project is used for the first phase of the cleaner production and technical transformation project of rubber chemicals. The product of the project is accelerant M. The construction cost is 27.6529 Million Yuan, including 5.72 Million Yuan of the fundraising. In recent years, some domestic enterprises adopt the solvent method for purification of accelerant M, which solves the problem of the production of a lot of saline organic wastewater, but is still defective in such aspects as recovery processing of solvent, product quality and production yield. However, the new cleaner technology of compound solvent method for compounding rubber accelerant M researched and developed by Puyang Willing solves the problem that accelerant M will produce a lot of saline wastewater and realizes the cleaner production for auxiliary industry.
