On July 8, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance issued the VOCs Reduction Action Plan in Key Industries, and rubber industry was listed in such key industries. Accordingly, CRIA launched the VOCs reduction action plan as a key job in the “13th Five-year” Plan of rubber industry. At present, the VOCs Reduction Action Plan Route of Rubber Industry has been completed, mainly covering tires, rubber shoes, comprehensive utilization of waste rubber and chemicals industries; the VOCs reduction technology demonstration application case collection in rubber industry under the organization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has been completed; the approval and opening report compilation of the Cleaner Production Assessment Indicator System of Tire Industry and the Cleaner Production Assessment Indicator System of Rubber Chemicals Industry have been completed; and the modification and reporting of the Cleaner Production Assessment Indicator System of Reclaimed Rubber Industry have been completed.
