On December 8, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. held a review and exchange meeting on the one-step rubber refining production line technology, introducing its one-step intelligent rubber refining technology scheme developed on its own to technical experts and representatives from 25 domestic and foreign rubber product companies while sharing the first case where that technology scheme was successfully applied in Gui Hang Hong Yang Sealing Systems Co.LTD.
Using the leading tandem-type internal mixer and mixed refining technology of Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. as the core, the innovative technology scheme of the Company has integrated dozens of domestic and foreign advanced facilities such as the rubber filter extruder of KraussMaffei Berstorff Machinery Co., Ltd. and other partners. Compared with traditional rubber refining methods, this technology scheme can make the process of final mixing and master batch done at a time, which is highly efficient and stable in quality while producing little pollution and the capacity is expected to increase by 100%. Moreover, the arrangement and installation of the production line covers a small amount of floor area and the high degree of automation can significantly reduce land and labor force costs.
