New Arrival of Bridgestone POTENZA Came into the Market

Lately, Bridgestone (China) Investment Co., Ltd. announced that the latest tire product Adrenalin RE003 of its subordinate POTENZA brand came into the market in the middle of December.

The new product is positioned to serve as the high-performance road sports tire, with its size covering seven specifications ranging from 17 inches to 18 inches. It is fit for being used as the entry-level tire for upgrade and refit of hot compact-type sports cars such as Golf GTI, Golf R, Scirocco R, FOCUS ST and Renault Megane RS. Its primary consumer group is targeted at young consumers who are wild about steering and full of passion for sports.

The product applies the design of wide central pattern block, which effectively increases tire rigidity and enhances the lateral bracing force of tires. The curved groove-wall embedded in the central pattern block can increase tire rigidity as well as further promote the cornering function of cars. The major part of tread pattern is composed of three main grooves combined with half sports groove. It delivers not only excellent overall tire rigidity and response speed at car startup but also improved accelerating and cornering capability. The design of link block is applied in the tire shoulder, providing powerful pulling force and increasing steering stability. Even more extraordinary dry-road steering performance can be delivered especially in such circumstances as driving on dry-road bends or violent steering. In the meantime, the rubber recipe that contains silicon compound effectively enhances tire performance on wet roads. The design of wave pattern, pulse-style groove and new-type rubber polymer ensures that the tire has good drainage performance, thus guaranteeing driving safety in rainy days. 

It is known that in the current domestic market of sports tires, Adrenalin RE003, as the fourth product of POTENZA family introduced into the domestic market, will effectively fill in the blank of the entry-level road sports tire of Bridgestone in the domestic market after coming into the market. Along with RE-71R, S001 and RE050, it will also comprehensively cover car fans at all levels in the fields of high performance super sports car, car racing activities, refit and upgrade, etc.
