Chuzhou, China – Shandong Yinbao Tyre Group’s subsidiary Delun Rubber broke ground on its 4 million unit per year passenger car tire project in Chuzhou, Anhui this February.
The new facility is Delun’s phase-two project and phase-one has been put into operation with a full capacity of 3 million unit per year for truck and bus tire and 200,000 unit per year for speciality tire, said Yinbao’s website.
According to local newspaper Chuzhou Daily’s report dated 28 February, the phase-two project has €179 million (1.3 billion yuan) investment earmarked and is expected to generate €44 million annual profit on €145 million sales when completed.
