Cooper Group decided to establish Cooper Standard Fluid System (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. to produce industrial and automotive fluid pipes by renting a plant. This project started in December 2016 and will be completed and enter trial operation in December 2017.
The total investment on this project is USD 12 Million, in which USD 500 Thousand is used for environmental protection, accounting for 4.17%. Upon completion, it will produce 3.3 million meters of steel pipes used for vehicle cooling pipes, 2.7 million meters of steel pipes used for vehicle fuel oil gas circuits, 2.4 million meters of steel pipes used for vehicle fuel lines and 22 million meters of steel pipes used for vehicle brake pipes.
The business scope of the new company covers the research, development and production of industrial and automotive fluid pipes, including such key components as brakes, engine emission control devices and fuel delivery system; and the sale of self-produced products as well as after-sales service, engaging in commercial wholesale, commission agency (excluding auction) and import & export of similar products manufactured by this company.
