The new product of “Environment-friendly Intelligent Waste Rubber Reclaiming Complete Equipment (ZH-FYJ)” developed by Jiangsu Zhonghong Environment Technology Co., Ltd. recently passed the appraisal of experts organized by Jiangsu Economic and Information Technology Commission.
The experts thoroughly inspected the production and central control room site of “Environment-friendly Intelligent Waste Rubber Reclaiming Complete Equipment (ZH-FYJ)” and debriefed the Company on its development work. After inquiry and discussion, they came to an appraisal opinion that this is a pioneer product at home and has reached the top level in the world. Here are the opinions of the expert commission: the independently and innovatively developed technology of continuous desulfurization screw extrusion production in dry condition and under normal pressure was applied to this product, and the high draw ratio of single-screw composite shearing and extrusion structure was adopted in the core engineering decoration design, making the reclaiming process stable and reliable; the Company developed a unique terminal pressure adjustable system which can be used to automatically control the working temperature under designated mooney viscosity value of reclaimed materials, achieving the intelligent control in the production process; the Company set up a remote control platform for “big data management” to conduct whole process tracking and analysis of users’ equipment operation data, achieving full life-cycle management of products; the Company met requirements on the technique of clean production. Compared with traditional dynamic desulfuration reclaiming technique, no waste water or waste gas is emitted during production, which can sharply reduce the discharge volume of VOCs, conserve energy by over 40% and reduce operating personnel by over 70%, generating remarkable social and economic benefits; the products were tested by the Mechanical and Electrical Products and Vehicle Inspection Center of Jiangsu Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, with all indicators meeting the standard of Q/320281BGS01-20/6. As the products are in stable quality when being used by users, they were given favorable feedbacks; the Company carries on standard management and has sound production conditions and testing methods, which enables it to meet the requirements for mass production; the products conform to the national policies for supporting, encouraging and popularizing application industries.
The experts suggest that the Company should further expand capacity and strengthen its efforts in popularizing products to meet the demand of markets.
