Lately, Fujian Giti Tire Co., Ltd. signed a contract for equipment engineering project with MESNAC, and MESNAC would undertake the semi-steel tire automatic logistics and MES system engineering, including stereoscopic storage and automatic transfer of raw semi-steel tires, automatic sorting and automatic putaway engineering of finished semi-steel tires, transformation of MES system and vulcanization networking, etc.
This cooperation is another major automatic logistics project overally undertaken by MESNAC after Wanli Hefei Project. This project will help the clients build a tire factory with whole-process automation and all-range intelligentization.
It is learned that in November 2016, Wanli Hefei Factory with MESNAC as the chief planning party and implementing party of intelligent manufacturing was completed and put into production, and MESNAC became the first supplier able to provide integrated solution for intelligent tire manufacturing in the world.
