On May 17, the engineering radial tire expansion project applied by Guilin Beili Tire Co., Ltd. for filling passed the inspection of Henan Province investment department, was deemed to conform to the national industry policy and was granted for filling.
With a total investment of 157 Million Yuan, this project plans to be commenced in January 2018 and completed and put into production in June 2019, which will newly add 30,000 engineering radial tires (including giant engineering radial tires) each year.
Built in the new factory of Aeolus Tyres Co., Ltd. in Jiaozuo City, without newly added construction land, utilizing the completed factory and utility facilities for engineering radial tire, based on the exiting technical advantages and business basis for engineering radial tire of Guilin Beili and Aeolus, fully with the aid of advanced technology of Pirelli’s PTG in technical formula, finite element simulation technology, etc., plus the technical support of relevant scientific research institutions, this project carries out layout optimization and capacity expansion of the existing engineering tire production workshop, reasonably and effectively utilizes the giant tire equipment of Guilin Beili and newly adds mixing production line, complex extrusion production line, and key equipment such as engineering radial tire shaping machine, vulcanizing machine and partial tools and molds to form the manufacturing capacity of whole series of all-steel engineering radial tires including giant tires.
