Hixih Rubber Industry Group has built 300,000 m2 of high standard and modernized plants in only four months since it started the high-performance tire project by investing 6 Billion Yuan in March this year. Now, the civil construction is almost finished and the project enters the process of equipment installation.
The high-performance passenger car radial tire project built by Shenzhou Tire Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hixih Group, with the investment of 3.53 Billion Yuan will produce 12 million high-performance passenger car radial tires per year and is built in two phases, in which the phase I will produce 6 million tires per year. Tongli Tire Co., Ltd. invested total 2.4 Billion Yuan in an all-steel radial tire technical transformation and extension project with an annual output of 2 million tires, which will promote its total capacity to 4 million tires per year after completion. In addition, a supporting national-level rubber product technical innovation and R&D center has also been built.
