Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Successfully Signed with the Participant of Germany’s Industry 4.0

On August 15, the Strategic Cooperation Signing Ceremony for Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Germany’s Fraunhofer Industry 4.0 & the Launching Ceremony for the Construction Project of Smart Rubber Machinery Digitalized Manufacturing Base was held in Yiyang.

In accordance with the strategic deployment of “suppress the secondary industry and develop the tertiary industry” in the downtown of Yiyang City, and in order to break the bottleneck that the Company had during its self-development, China National Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. decided to start the overall relocation—the smart rubber machinery digitalized manufacturing base project. With an investment of RMB 500 Million Yuan, the project is planned to be built in the east industrial park of Yiyang City, covering an area of 258 mu. It will combine the demands for digitalized manufacturing of smart rubber machinery based on integrating effective resources of Huilongshan Factory and Chaoyang Industrial Park Factory of Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery, and comprehensively enhance its advanced manufacturing ability by bringing in key digitalized equipment, crafts and digitalized management system. The digitalized factory scheme of the project will be designed by Germany’s Fraunhofer Industrial Automation Research Institution.

After signing the project, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery will speed up the integration with Germany’s KraussMaffei Company. It will make full use of the opportunity of cooperating with Fraunhofer Research Institution, accelerate construction of the smart rubber machinery digitalized manufacturing base and achieve the second leap of Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery.
