Kenda Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. decided to launch the VOCs treatment project to accelerate the emission reduction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and promote the overall prevention and treatment of industrial VOCs pollution.

This project will be carried out in the tire vulcanization section in plant I and plant II of Kenda Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. Thereinto, tire vulcanization section in plant I is divided into 6 zones, and there are 6 gas-collecting hoods to be set for organic waste gas collection. There are 2 production lines in tire vulcanization section in plant II, each of which is equipped with a hood. After the waste gas is collected by the hoods in these two plants, it will be transported to the corresponding “pretreater+dehumidifier+low-temperature plasma device+ catalytic oxidizer” device for processing and then discharged from 15m exhaust funnels. This project will effectively decrease the emission of VOCs and reduce the impact on the surroundings after completion.
