On October 12, the Management Committee of Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone conducted strategic cooperation with the National Engineering Research Center for Rubber and Tire (abbreviated as National Rubber Center). MESNAC’s Digital Plant Industrial Park was formally settled in Qingdao High-tech Zone. The project involves seven major business blocks concerning intelligent technologies as well as energy-conservation and environmental protection, including RFID Internet of Things, MES, big data service, automatic systematic solutions, intelligent logistics, etc.

MESNAC Co., Ltd. has in recent years made remarkable achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing of tires. By taking advantage of the R&D platform of the National Rubber Center, MESNAC took the lead in starting intelligent manufacturing in the rubber tire industry in 2014, and released the first technology roadmap for tire smart manufacturing in 2015. With years’ accumulation, MESNAC has mastered the core technology in tire smart manufacturing. It has gained a lot of successful experience in the aspects of automation, intelligent control, machine vision, human-machine interaction, health management of equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection, safety and reliability, etc. It has also successfully conducted the “key delivery project” of the first tire smart manufacturing factory. The business fields that are involved and its industrial layout are highly consistent with the regional strategic development idea of Qingdao High-tech Zone that focuses on building a cluster of industries including Internet industry, big data, Internet of Things, etc.
