Top Ten News in the Rubber Industry of China in 2017 - No. 4: New Progress in the Group Standard Was Made in the Rubber Industry

On December 28, 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released “100 Demonstration Projects of Group Standards in 2017”. The Tire Grading Standard formulated by China Rubber Industry Association (CRIA) finished declaration and defense for 100 demonstration projects of group standards. It was publicized on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, winning the title of “100 Demonstration Projects of Group Standards”. Meanwhile, CRIA released Requirements on Materials of Limited Amount for Green Shoe Materials series group standards (in five parts) and General Technical Specification for Pre-dispersion Rubber Chemicals, which had been publicized on the SAC (Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China) platform for group standards. In addition, CRIA further carried forward greenization of tires, brought up the timetable for green tire technology roadmap, will release Evaluation Standard for Green Products in 2018, and will include rolling resistance and wet skid resistance in CCC certification from 2019 to 2020.
