The test conducted by the Spanish IDIADA Company certified that the wet skid resistance performance, rolling resistance performance and abrasion resistance index all reached top level worldwide; Development of projects such as the full electromagnetic induction-heating tire vertical compression molding vulcanization technology and equipment jointly developed by Triangle Tire and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, the demonstration project of developing and applying the new technology of mixing synthetic rubber continuous liquid used for tires jointly finished by EVE Rubber Research Institute, MESNAC, etc., and the R&D of the technology turning rubber chemical waste water into resources which was developed by Kemai Chemical successfully passed appraisal; Thanks to MESNAC’s fourth-generation passenger radial tire single-stage building machine, which was independently developed by China, the blank of six technologies at home were filled and the single cycle of products broke the record of 40 seconds; Safe-Run Group launched a smart single-stage building machine overseas, which could be combined with the logistical system of factories; with the environment-friendly and smart waste rubber reclaiming complete set of equipment developed by Jiangsu Zhonghong, energy-conservation, high-efficiency and no pollution were achieved in the production of reclaimed rubber.
