MESNAC Union Technology to Develop Pore-free Tire Mold

MESNAC Union Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of MESNAC, will invest 2.8 Million Yuan in independently researching and developing new pore-free tire mold products in 2018.

The R & D concept of this kind of products is to change the exhaust mode of current tire mold and finally produce tire mold without pore or with few pores.

The successful development of pore-free tire mold will serve multiple purposes. Firstly, it will improve the quality of semi-finished moulding tires and makes their appearance clean and neat; secondly, it will save the usage cost and maintenance cost on moulds for tire enterprises; thirdly, it will reduce the finished cost of the mould enterprises.

MESNAC Union Technology Co., Ltd. is known to begin as MESNAC Precision Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, and is a vice president unit of China Rubber Industry Association Rubber Machinery Mould Branch. Based on the “Industry, University and Research Institute” platform of National Engineering Research Center for Rubber and Tire as well as MESNAC, MESNAC Union Technology carries out basic theoretical research of tire mould and actively implements the transformation of technical achieve- ments, becoming an enterprise of “innovation and high technology” integrated with research and development, manufacture and test of tire mould.
