Recently, Prinx Chengshan (Shandong) Tire Company Ltd. ranked among the first group of champion enterprises for single item in manufacturing industry of Shandong Province released by Shandong Economic and Information Technology Committee, whose winning products were radial truck tire series.
The radial truck tire series that won the champion for single item manufacture are designed with 3D groove based on bionic concept, which means there is scale-type three-dimensional embossing on wide tire pattern groove. When the shape of tire tread changes due to pressure, this “embossing” will make diverse elastic deformation along with the shape change of tire tread, which effectively improves the trafficability and self-cleaning property of tires on complex pavement condition. The combined use of high dispersion white carbon black and new-type silane coupling agent, accompanied with new-type anti-reversion agent and low and constant temperature mixing technology guarantees the complete reaction of silanization and the property of high performance and low heat generation for rubber materials, which reduces the heat generation on the shoulder and mouth parts of truck tires and increases the service life of tires.
Prinx Chengshan (Shandong) has successively developed tubeless radial truck tires and metric series wide section radial truck tires. Its products have encompassed the whole series of radial truck tires.
