Another New Order for General Rubber Mixing Line of Yiyang Rubber & Plastic Machinery Signed

Yiyang Rubber & Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. launched the first one-step smart rubber mixing production line and for which it successfully signed a contract with Shangshang Cable Group, one of world’s top 10 cable enterprises, apart from 4 other contracts successfully signed. Therefore, Yiyang has signed 5 contracts for general rubber mixing line in total. These production lines will be applied to sub-industries of rubber products and the value of these contracts is worth nearly 100 Million Yuan.

The one-step smart rubber mixing technology is developed and successfully applied to rubber product industry by Yiyang Rubber & Plastic Machinery through innovative development of one-step rubber mixing technology that has been mature and already applied to tire industry so as to meet new requirements of rubber mixing industry on green, environmental, safe, efficient, energy-saving and smart development trend. Compared with traditional way of rubber mixing, series-type internal mixer completes final mixing and masterbatching for one time but the capacity doubles. The masterbatching and final mixing are all controlled by rubber mixing management system, which makes the quality uniform and stable. The filling powder material and additives are transferred and mixed under airtight condition, generating less pollution. As the sealing device of the new-type wearing ring is made of C-C composite material which is self-lubricating with no need for any oil plants, it not only avoids the pollution of oil plants to the rubber materials and environment, but saves over 40% of oil plants every day for every single series-type internal mixer. The reduction on the number of open mixing mills as well as the specification also bring down the specification of rubber sheet cooling equipment. The application of series-type internal mixers need less space for rubber mixing plant, which saves investment in civil engineering. Only one group of workers can complete two processes, masterbatching and final mixing, which reduces the workers by half.

In addition, smart open mixing mill set has the properties of variable speed, variable clearances, effective high-speed thin-passing supplementary mixing, automatic rubber blending, automation and unmanned operation of rubber crushing and automatic and continuous rubber sheets production. As for online automatic rubber filters, its temperature rises little when filtering and the Mooney viscosity of rubber material changes little before and after rubber filtering, which greatly improves the quality of rubber filtering. There is no smoke during the production, which makes a good working environment in the filtering field.
