Times New Material Technology Received “Perfect” Feedback on Products from Foreign Customers

Lately, the SEC air spring project of Times New Material Technology successfully passed Alston’s first article inspection and the company received feedback of “Perfect” on product properties from customers. Thus, Times New Material Technology has completed the development of all three types of air spring products supplied for Alston’s bogie platform.

As the project employed mould contracting, Times New Material Technology undertook the development of all damping devices used for bogies. There were three types of air springs and different combinations of which could meet the operating requirements of the series of vehicle in different regions. To avoid risks, Alston organized two times of first inspections in advance and one official first inspection on END air springs and INT air springs as well as one official first inspection on SEC air springs, which ensured the product developed as scheduled.

The development of the air spring products for this platform fully showed the good communication between Times New Material Technology and foreign customers as well as the competitive advantage of mould contracting as a development and cooperation model. The success cooperation on this project would also further improve Times New Material Technology’s reputation in European market.
