Among them, Chengshan Group Co., Ltd. became the only enterprise evaluated to be “excellent” in the rubber industry with the mark of 90.7, 18 enterprises including Anhui Zhongding Sealing Elements Co., Ltd. were evaluated to be good, and 3 enterprises including Guangzhou Huanan Rubber Tyre Co., Ltd. were evaluated to be basically qualified.

It is learned that relevant content of Administrative Measures on Recognition of National Enterprise Technical Center implemented from April 1, 2016 shows that the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation organize one operation evaluation of national enterprise technical centers every two years in principle. The evaluation results are divided into excellent, good, basically quali ed and unquali ed. In it, the evaluation mark of 90 points and above is excellent, that of 65-90 points (excluding 90 points) is good, that of 60-65 points (excluding 65 points) is basically quali ed, and that of less than 60 points is unqualified.
