A new type of energy-efficient compact 52.5-inch single-mode tire vulcanizing machine developed by Guilin Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd. (GRM) passed the customer acceptance on April 26 and were successfully sent to a world-renowned tire enterprise.
This kind of machine is a new type of semisteel tire vulcanizing machine for use of high grade tires, which is customized according to the client’s requirements for trial-producing new tires. It has aesthetic and simple appearance, compact structure, high degree of automation and stable operation, applying to small sized single-mode tire vulcanization operated in smart vulcanized workshops. This product was highly appraised by this client, who then placed orders for the subsequent dual-mode tire vulcanizing machines of the same type.
In recent years, GRM has kept close collaboration with this client. Early in 2015, GRM worked with it to produce the same type of dual-mode tire vulcanizing machine which worked well in the site production. That was the first production for this type of machine, and it performed stable work after years of operation. It has the features of simple construction, portability and delicacy, stable manipulator while grabbing tires, high repetition accuracy and 20% shorter of non-vulcanizing time. After continuous improvement, optimization and upgrade based on the successful development last time, this type of machine satis es customers’ practical demands and is more reasonable now.
