Hefei Wanli Tire Corporation Limited organized a ceremony for the completion and environmental acceptance of the 2 million units/year green radial truck tire project on April 8.
The actual investment of the project is 1.937 Billion Yuan in total, among which 34.86 Million Yuan is used on environmental protection, accounting for 1.8%. This project, covering a total area of 333.1 thousand m2 and the building area of 238.6 thousand m2, has 9 rubber mixing production lines, 13 rubber rolling and extrusion lines and 5 vulcanization grooves (including 5m vulcanization scale and 10m vulcanization scale).
Expert group agreed that the operation condition of this project had met the requirements on completion and environmental acceptance for it had complete EIA approval certi cate, nished construction of major pollution prevention facilities, up-to-standard release of pollutants and actual productive capacity of 95%-100% upon acceptance.
