On April 18, operators from Lanzhou Petrochemical read the real time data of quality variables through NBR soft instrument prediction system that was first independently developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Automation Research Institute in China and put into service at the end of March.
The launch and running of this system is conductive to production management and process operation for the system achieves real-time online calculation and display of key quality data of the device. Thus, it provides operators with more visualized production and operation information, reduces the negative impact caused by long time waiting for test data feedback, further enhances the product quality and output, cuts down raw material consumption and promotes the economic pro ts of the device.
