Five Achievements of Rubber Industry Won Qingdao Scientific and Technological Award

On June 26, Qingdao City held 2017 Science and Technology Awards Conference to commend the projects and scientific and technical workers winning 2017 Qingdao Scientific and Technological Award. Among it, the rubber industry totally won five Scientific and Technological Awards, including one first prize, one second prize and three third prizes, which highlighted the theme of intelligence, energy conservation and safety of rubber tire industry at present.

The Efficient Rubber Mixing and Extrusion Molding Technology and Equipment Innovation Team of Qingdao University of Science and Technology won the first prize in scientific and technological progress (innovation team); the project of “All-steel Heavy Duty Tire Gantry Robot Sorting and Stacking System” of Qingdao Kinger Robot Co., Ltd. won the second prize; and three projects won the third prize: the project of “Packaged Technology and Equipment Development for Application of Domestic SSBR in Green Tire” jointly carried out by Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Shandong Jinyu Industrial Co., Ltd. and CNPC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, the project of “Innovation System for Scratch Resistance, Crash Resistance and Puncture Resistance Technology of Semi-steel Radial Run-flat Tire” of Qingdao Doublestar Tyre Industrial Co., Ltd. and the project of “Single Stage Building System of Intelligent Semi-steel Passenger Car Tire” of Qingdao MESNAC Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. and MESNAC Co., Ltd.
