On May 21, new XJY-ZS602/250 twin-screw extruder independently innovated and developed by Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. was successfully developed, and after on-site commissioning and strict testing, various technical indexes reached the design requirements.
This extruder adopts the rail-type roller head structure driven by hydrocylinder, thus the roller head can move back and forth, and the roller is driven by double universal are in integrated design, thus it has compact structure, little flower area and is convenient in use and maintenance. Since this equipment adopts rail-type design, its maintenance does not need use of crane, the maintenance personnel can make the roller mechanism move back and forth only by hydrocylinder, thus the maintenance is convenient and fast. Such rail-type structure model will become a mainstream model for development of twin-screw extruder, an auxiliary machine of rubber mixing equipment internal mixer in the future.
