On June 29, on the “2018 Announcement of China’s Top 100 Software and Information Technology Service Enterprises with Comprehensive Competitive Power” hosted by China Information Technology Industry Federation, MESNAC Co., Ltd. became the only company successfully listed as “Top 100 Enterprises” in rubber tire industry.
In recent years, as China’s manufacturing industry upgraded to be intelligent, MESNAC enhanced R&D in software and information technology, combined more with intelligent manufacturing and implemented the “turnkey project” of the first intelligent tire factory in the world in 2016 to accumulate a large amount of experience in aspects such as intelligent control, machine vision, man-computer interaction, equipment health management and safety and reliability.
From 2000, MESNAC carried out innovation centering on information technology of tire manufacturing, with the main achievement as “MES Information Management System of Tire Full Lifecycle”, which effectively solved the problem that the bottom control system and upper management system of tire enterprises get separated from each other in information and carried out optimization, early warning and trace of the production plan of various processes of tire enterprises to realize real-time monitoring and improve the evenness and stability of tire products.
