Multiple Technologies of T-PRO All-steel Tire Building Machine of MESNAC Were International Advanced

Recently, the technical engineers of Russian N company carried out a five-day acceptance on the T-PRO All-steel Tire Building Machine produced by MESNAC which was to be delivered, they were quite satis ed with T-PRO in various aspects and expressed that they “gave the highest mark” for this equipment. 

 

With its R&D started in 2012, T-PRO Building Machine of MESNAC entered Indian market in 2014 and was well received by the customers. With high-precision equipment parameters, the tires produced with T-PRO were leading in the industry in the result of dynamic balancing testing, and the tires produced with such equipment were specially for exporting to European and American markets to adapt to more stern testings.

According to the introduction, since its R&D, T-PRO Building Machine has undergone multiple optimizations, its stability and maintainability were largely improved. In this Russian project, the concept of modular design was firstly applied to realize rapid function configuration on the host, optimization of outsourced materials and reduction of quantity of the drawings.

So far, T-PRO Building Machine of MESNAC has reached international leading level in many aspects.

Firstly, the accuracy of the host line is largely improved, thus the quality of the tires is ensured. T-PRO Building Machine adopts top-mounted beam, the host uses CBS layout, the carcass drum is fixed and the drum of the belt ply moves forwards and backwards to largely reduce the deflection of the drum, improve the accuracy of the host line and provide technical guarantee for high-quality tires.

Secondly, the automation degree is obviously improved. WYKO technology is introduced for the ring of the belt ply, because of large-scope adjustment volume, it is not required to change the tooling during production of tires within the scope of full size, the drum of the belt ply can realize one-minute rapid drum change and the feeding rack of the belt ply can satisfy automatic cutting of fixed length, thus largely improving the automation degree. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with the newly developed cutting knife of compound parts, thus can realize simultaneous cutting of compound parts and precoum-pounds, taking the specification of 10.00R20 tire as an example, the cycle time of single tire is 150 seconds.

Thirdly, the time for changing the specification is sharply shortened. Because of improvement of automation degree, the positions needing manual adjustment are reduced, thus specification change of 2 persons/20 minutes for the same size and 4 persons/40 minutes for different sizes can be realized.

Fourthly, the maintainability is improved. Centralized lubrication concept is followed to bring out the lubrication points not convenient for oil injection, thus facilitating equipment maintenance, meanwhile, by introduction of modular standardization, the variety of the product raw materials is sharply reduced, the mechanical structure is more unified and the maintenance difficulty of the equipment is reduced.

This equipment smoothly passed the acceptance of the customers during load commissioning in the factory, which means T-PRO Building Machine of MESNAC achieves another breakthrough in the international market and is recognized by many international customers from South Asia to Europe. Based on the improvement of var-ious functions, T-PRO Building Machine realizes stable growth in high-end market and good market reputation. In the future, MESNAC will constantly upgrade T-PRO Building Machine and further improve the intelligent degree of the equipment to satisfy the demand of international high-end market.
