Ministry of Commerce Imposed Anti-dump Duties on HIIR Imported from Three Places including America

On August 10, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China published No. 40 Announcement of 2018 and released the affirmative determination of anti-dumping investigations against imports of HIIR originating from America, the European Union and Singapore to impose anti-dumping duties of 23.1%-75.5% on the above products from August 20 for a period of five years.

The rates of anti-dumping duties imposed on companies are listed as follows: American companies: 75.5% for ExxonMobil Corporation and other American companies; EU companies: 71.9% for ExxonMobil Chemical Limited, 27.4% for ARLANXEO Belgium NV, and 71.9% for other EU companies; Singapore companies: 23.1% for ARLANXEO SINGAPORE PTE.LTD. and 45.2% for other Singapore companies.
