Recently, Codan-Lingyun Automotive Rubber Hose Co., Ltd. Chongqing Branch was approved to start the automotive rubber hose assembly production project by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.
The total investment of this project is 3 Million Yuan, in which the investment in environmental protection accounts for 170 Thousand Yuan. The project covers an area of 2,142m2, including metal hose processing area and rubber hose processing area. It is mainly engaged in the production of automotive hose assemblies, such as automotive water hose, power steering hose, fuel hose and oil cooling hose. After completion, this project will produce 850 thousand pieces of oil cooling hose assembly, 4.665 million pieces of water hose assembly, 35 thousand pieces of power steering hose assembly and 180 thousand pieces of fuel hose per year.
At present, many auto manufacturers have settled at Chongqing Liangjiang International Automobile City, including Chang’an Automobile, Lifan Motors, Chang’an Ford, SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile, Saic-iveco Hongyan, Dongfeng Well-off Fiat and Beijing Hyundai. With huge market in western China and convenient supporting facilities, many parts and components enterprises are attracted to this place for investing.
