On September 15, the “VOCs Ultra-Low Emission and Treatment Technique and Key Technical Equipment in Rubber Plant” jointly developed by Beijing New Universal Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Newu) and Hangzhou Chaoyang Rubber Co., Ltd. passed the appraisement of sci-tech achievement organized by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
The expert team agreed that this technology was a set of innovative one with complete independent intellectual property right, which filled the domestic gap and achieved international advanced level. Based on cloud platform, the technology refers to a set of RTO waste gas treatment and smart control system applied to rubber plant, featuring in IT application in management, intelligentized control, intelligentized spot check and equipment life-cycle system management. It provides a solution for the treatment of exhaust gas after rubber mixing in rubber industry and is conductive to the clean and green production in rubber plants.
