Recently, ERJ released the sales revenue ranking list of global rubber machinery enterprises in 2018, and MESNAC Co., Ltd. ranked the third in the world, which has been listed in the top three companies in the world for eight consecutive years.
After nearly 20 years of development, this company has changed quantitatively together with a qualitative leap, whose intelligent manufacturing is in the forefront of the industry, and rubber machinery products have covered 80% of the equipment required for tire production. Many products under MESNAC such as auxiliary machines and small material weighing systems have reached the advanced level in the world.
Relying on its unique advantages in product line, MESNAC has made outstanding achievements in intelligent manufacturing field in recent years. As early as 2014, MESNAC was the first to put forward the concept of “smart plant” in the rubber industry; in 2015, the technology roadmap of intelligent tire plant was formed; in November 2016, the first intelligent demonstration plant of tire under the general planning and contracting of MESNAC in the world was put into operation; in September 2018, the first intelligent banburying factory in the rubber product industry contracted and constructed by MESNAC was put into operation, and its first “intelligent tire plant experience center” was also launched in the same year, in order to let customers directly experience the improvement brought by intelligent manufacturing.
In recent years, MESNAC accelerated the launch of intelligent equipment significantly, from the early full-automatic small material weighing system to the recent PS2A semi-steel forming machine, the third generation of all-steel dynamic balance testing machine, TPRO-S all-steel forming machine, intelligent lining production line, CPS vulcanizing machine, simplex X-ray machine, extrusion & winding equipment by new process, etc. This year, it will also launch engineering tire molding machine, the sixth generation of small-angle cutting machine, full-automatic triangle rubber and other new products together with some new technologies.
