With the raised funds of RMB 45.27 Million Yuan in place on June 5, funds were implemented for the project with annual production of 2 billion gloves, 3 billion balloons and 1.2 billion fingerstalls, which was constructed by Jiangsu Tianshuo Medical Products Co., Ltd. with an investment of RMB One Billion Yuan.
Jiangsu Tianshuo is located in Sucheng Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, and its parent company is Hebei Tianshuo Medical Products Co., Ltd. located in Xiongan New Area. As XiongAn New Area is a new national-level area with high starting point and high standard planning, traditional production-oriented enterprises surely will face the pressure of transformation and upgrading. To this end, Hebei Tianshuo has developed a development plan of “one body with two wings” of “R&D and sale in New Area + production outside the region”. Expanding production capacity by new factory not only meets the future development needs of latex products, but also enhances the company’s profitability and anti-risk capability.
On April 15, Jiangsu Tianshuo signed a land transfer contract with the relevant departments of Suqian City, and obtained 50 years of use rights with an area of more than 167,300 square meters. The transfer fee was more than RMB 24.1 Million Yuan.
